BRINGING DIGITAL SOPHISTICATION TO A HIGH-END CLIENT

The Witkoff Company is one of America’s premiere high-end development companies. They partner with top-shelf tastemakers like Ian Schrager and have a deep history in New York. As they branch out to the West Coast, they needed a digital presence that matched their real world image.

For this project my team performed a deep dive investigation into the Witkoff teams needs and wants, while also analyzing competitor sites. We had to do a bunch of forensic asset hunting as they had materials all over in a wide-variety of formats.

Several rounds of digital design and development using Agile methodology and, voila!, we arrived at the perfect mix.

The Squarespace template we used as a platform means this highly-visual client can update them selves by simply dragging and dropping.

It’s the perfect pairing of client and execution. Analytics proved it with significantly more return visits and longer time on the site after re-launch.
